**Fish will be delivered in boxes with oxygen injected water.
No Container is needed when picking up.
**Don't forget to apply for any permits needed if purchasing fish. See below for more information**
When placing an order for fish, there is a 15% packaging and delivery fee just for the fish cost. Also, be sure to only calculate the 8% tax just for the total fish cost combined (without the fee). The packaging and delivery fee does not get charged tax. Please make sure to add the packaging and delivery fee to the total cost after calculating the tax. NYS Permit Information For Stocking Fish
We ask that you apply for your NYSDEC Fish Stocking Permit which is required to stock fish in any waterbody of 10 acres or more. The application can be found at the link below or on the NYSDEC's website. You may also consider applying for the Farm Fish Pond License which is needed for ponds less than 10 acres. Both permits are free and last up to 5 years.
